Your everydayhealth hero.
VitaGuardian brings your wearable data, blood results, supplements and more into one app, and displays it in one central, easy to understand dashboard.
What makes VitaGuardian different
An All-In-One Health Hub
Wearable metrics, blood panels, supplements, medications and journal entries in one record, so the connections between them show up.
Your Data, Your Control
Your Apple Health readings never leave your phone. What you type in is backed up privately to your account. We never sell your data, and deleting your account deletes it.
Radically Affordable
Good health should not cost hundreds. No ring, no strap, just the watch you already own, for $4.99 a month.
What VitaGuardian Does

Sleep Tracking
What's Keeping You Up At Night?
A nightly score from how long, when and how consistently you slept, with tonight's target split into your baseline need and what the day added. The journal then shows which habits your sleep follows.

Exertion & Recovery
Know When To Push
Scored from your heart-rate zones and the time you spent in them. The marker on the ring is your suggested effort, set by how well you recovered overnight, with a plain-English line on whether to push or ease off.

Daily Journal
Log Your Day In Seconds
Thirty behaviours, one tap each, with Apple Health filling in what it knows. Give it a few weeks and it pairs what you did against how you slept and recovered, so you can see which habits matter.

Trends & Patterns
See The Long View
Every metric with its own sparkline, over a week, a month or a year.

Blood Work
Make Sense Of Your Panels
Enter any standard panel and see every marker against its reference range.

Supplement Tracking
Never Miss A Pill Again
A complete supplement calendar, with reminders and adherence history over time.
Other features

Vita Score
One Daily Score
HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and sleep, each with your baseline beside it.

Health Radar
Last Night At A Glance
Overnight readings against your own 30-day baselines.

Heart Rate & ECG
24 Hours Of Heart Data
A full day as one line, plus your Apple Watch ECG results shown unchanged.
Screens from the current build. Sample data shown.
Up and running in two minutes
Create your account
An email and a password, or Sign in with Apple.
Connect Apple Health
One permission sheet, and you choose what to share. You can change your mind later in the Health app.
Fill in any gaps
We ask your phone first, then only ask you for what it could not answer: date of birth, sex, height, weight.
See where you stand
Vita Score, sleep, exertion and Health Radar. The more days you log, the more your baselines are yours and not an average.

Frequently asked questions
No. VitaGuardian is a wellness app that shows you your own health data. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
Yes. HealthKit data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. The only things the app writes back to Apple Health are the activities and weights you enter yourself. Data you enter manually (blood results, journal entries, supplements) is backed up to your account on Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest, so you do not lose it when you change phones. We never sell your data.
VitaGuardian works with any device that syncs to Apple Health, including Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura Ring, Garmin, Fitbit (via Apple Health) and more. Android support is on the roadmap.
You can enter results from any standard blood panel. Common markers include full blood count, liver function, kidney function, thyroid, iron studies, vitamin D, B12, cholesterol and glucose. We are adding photo-based result scanning soon.
VitaGuardian is free to use permanently, with your history limited to the most recent 30 days. New Hero subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) activates automatically. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings, and if you stop, the app returns to the free tier with nothing deleted.
Yes, any time. Go to Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No, but we suggest discussing anything significant with your GP. VitaGuardian is designed to complement professional medical care, not replace it.
